  • Where is SXC Cosmetics located?
    • We are based in Los Angeles, California
  • Where is the product ship from?
    • Our product is shipping from our warehouse located in the United States.
  • How long you will ship out orders?
    • We will process our orders in the same day and submit to our fulfillment center to get it ready and ship them out 1-2 Business days once payments are cleared.
  • How long will I get my packages?
    • Once the package was shipped and tracking was provided. The package should arrived with in 3-5 business days.
    • How to start a return process?
      • Simple! just send us a message anywhere you can find us with your order # and the reason you want to return it. One of our customer rep will take care it for you.
      • Or you are not a SXC fan and can't find us anywhere. Just send us a message at support@sxccosmetics.com We will take care the return for you.
    • How long will I get my refunds?
      • Mostly likely couple of days once we issued the refund from our end. You will received confirmation once the refund had been processed.
